One of the key qualities of being an effective manager or supervisor is the ability to coach effectively. It involves deliberate and specific activities that are designed to help people develop their skills by learning on the job as well as paying attention to personal and personnel development.

COURSE OVERVIEW​

As such, it is vital for an effective manager or supervisor to know when and how to apply these skills. This course is therefore aimed at introducing managers to the various principles, tools and techniques that can help individuals and teams move to higher levels of performance.

The course will equip managers who are responsible for or interested in performing coaching and mentoring functions, with the knowledge and skills required to successfully building a coaching or mentoring relationship, and getting desired results that can help individuals and teams move to higher levels of performance.
