The Heirs Holdings Group Induction is a 4-day program for New Employees. 

The sessions are intense and facilitated by Senior Leaders and CEOs across the group exposing new hires to the vision, mission, culture, and various sectors that we play in.

A special session characterizes the last day with the Group Chairman, Tony Elumelu CFR, who engages in an interactive 2-hour session with the employees and shares his success stories so they can learn from them.
