Conflict And Effective Resolution

The course provides an overview of the tools, techniques and theories of conflict management, covering the creation of the proper workplace climate, the origin of conflict and the effective handling of conflict in the workplace, in a practical way, applying different tools and approaches to reflect how participants should manage their emotions during conflict situations/issues.

COURSE OVERVIEW​

Anyone working with others will experience situations where confrontations and conflicts occur. It is therefore critical to any organisation’s professional survival that its workforce know how to analyze and respond to conflict situations and what communication skills to use to manage conflict successfully.  This course is therefore designed to give participants the opportunity to focus on specific skills, tools and techniques to strengthen and expand their ability to work creatively with all types of conflict, as well as improve on effectiveness in interpersonal relationships and negotiations.

The course will further equip participants with the essential skills to manage and maintain a FBN’s unified workforce.

  • Application of motivational techniques leading to a desirable behaviour/situation.
