The HH Professionals Programme (HHPP) is the Heirs Holdings flagship leadership and managerial programmes designed to identify and fast-track the development of high potential Middle Management level employees within the HH Group.
COURSE OVERVIEW
The HH Professional Programmes [HHPP] refer to the array of flagship HH leadership and talent development programmes designed to identify and fast-track the development of high potential employees within the Heirs Holdings Group by consolidating their understanding of Group business and broadening their leadership and cross-functional management competencies thereby improving their potential to thrive in future management or functional roles.
HHPP will proactively leverage the commitment, energy and ‘critical mass’ of mid-career managers in the Group to build a strong managerial bench strength that will translate to ‘best-in-class’ core operational capabilities thereby positioning the organisation as an enduring institution into the future.
There are currently two flagship tracks under the HHPP, namely:

- Human Resources
- Marketing & Corporate Communications
- Data Analytics & Strategy
- Information Technology
- Legal & Company Secretariat

This is designed to identify and develop an elite group of strong talent within the Group with potential to become CEOs and Senior Group Executives through expanding their breadth of industry and non-negotiable business knowledge and upskilling them in the area of leadership and strategy execution to fortify the pipeline of future Executive leaders of the Group.
The programme which spans 3-years will ensure international exposure and executive mentoring opportunities.
