Action Centered Manager

The Action Centred Manager (ACM) Workshop is designed to equip managers with non-negotiable skills to become effective managers. Competencies such as effective monitoring and coordination of team efforts, providing clear and concise mission intent, setting expectations for performance and developing people for strategic advantage amongst others will be duly covered in the Workshop.

COURSE OVERVIEW​

The success of a business rests on the quality of its people, their motivation, and their intellectual capital. The ‘A’ Series is an enterprise-wide intervention/solution packaged to deliver the most comprehensive learning solution through a three-levelled series of workshops- Action Centred Individual, Action Centred Manager, Action Centred Leader. The Action Centred Manager is the second level in the series.
