Execution, the ability to get things done, cannot be overemphasized in today’s business world, as the ability to deliver on tasks and deliver good quality work on-time is essential.
COURSE OVERVIEW
Hence, this course introduces participants to the principles of executing set plans and/or initiatives in a bid to achieve an organisation’s goals and objectives, by equipping participants with the requisite skills, techniques and tools to execute the phases of their individual deliverables, while at the same time maximizing the resources in their units/project teams. It will highlight on the need for execution as a skill set, the building blocks of execution and the core processes of execution.
