Leadership School

Building a Culture of Trust

Trust is a powerful leadership skill. In fact, leaders who have the trust of their employees are more likely to drive change that impacts organisational performance. Trust and credibility are the core principles of effective leadership.

COURSE OVERVIEW

Building a culture of trust starts at the top and requires a candid and transparent approach to leadership. It is imperative if we want our teams to reach their fullest potential. Excellence doesn’t happen by accident. Any sustainable success we achieve is directly related to the processes we conceive. Trust is not granted; it is an investment that leaders make every day. Leaders must continuously be mindful of their words and behaviour or risk losing all that hard-earned trust in one ill-conceived moment.

This course is focused on helping leaders build an extraordinary team at the workplace by earning the trust of the people who work with them.
