The Employee Performance Management is designed to provide Managers with the know-how to utilize tools, and systems to facilitate the performance measurement process, engage in sometimes difficult but critical performance conversations as well as excellently bridge gaps in performance of their team members.

COURSE OVERVIEW​

Performance management plays a critical role in any successful business. It provides an opportunity for impactful dialogue to advance employee careers and strengthen employee manager relationships. The performance appraisal plays a critical role in standardizing reward and promotion decisions, while encouraging employees to learn and grow as such it is critical that Managers are adept at this function.

  • Use top grading techniques for conducting effective interviews
  • Apply a conceptual framework for Competency Based Performance Appraisal
  • Conduct performance review sessions
  • Identify and bridge performance gaps
  • Work with employees to set performance standards and goals
  • Develop strategies for managing employee performance
