The Action Centred Individual (ACI) is the foundation level in the series targeted at developing the performance efficiency of individual contributors in the workplace.  The course is designed to address high performance imperatives in three key areas: Influence through personal effectiveness, Partnership with others/Teamwork, Result orientation

COURSE OVERVIEW​

The success of a business rests on the quality of its people, their motivation, and their intellectual capital. The ‘A’ Series is an enterprise-wide intervention/solution packaged to deliver the most comprehensive learning solutions through a three levelled series of workshops- Action Centred Individual, Action Centred Manager, Action Centred Leader.

INDIVIDUAL OUTCOMES

At the end of the course participants should be able to:

  • Establish courses of action for self and others that will ensure efficient execution of tasks and assignments
  • Identify their role as individual contributors to the achievement of the overall goal
  • Define critical factors required to be successful individuals in the workplace and adopt decisive action plans to adjust behaviour or habit
  • Design strategies for incorporate time maximisation techniques in the achievement of day to day endeavours
  • Appraise the value of their workplace relationships
  • Develop personal effectiveness strategies fit for their peculiar circumstances
